Job summary

Cec Facilities Llc seeks an Safety Coordinator to implement safety programs, conduct field walks, and oversee compliance. You will coach crews, mentor safety culture, and address hazards on project sites. The role requires MS Office proficiency and strong communication.

The position may require day/night shifts, overtime, and weekend work depending on project schedules. Travel to various sites is expected to support safety initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in construction safety required or preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction completed; OSHA 510/511 preferred.
• Bi-lingual language ability is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coach Foremen in ORM boards and JHA development.
• Photo-document ORM boards daily and report findings.
• Submit site safety audits with hazards and corrective actions.
• Interact with field personnel to address safety observations.
• Deliver site safety orientations for new workers as needed.
• Assist in incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Periodically audit tools and equipment for safe use.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety rules.
• Perform other related duties to ensure safety excellence.
