Job summary

Transportation Management Group (TMG) is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our Las Vegas team. This hands-on role focuses on conducting safety observations, supporting incident investigations, and identifying risks before they escalate.

You will partner with Fleet, Operations, and Risk Management to reinforce safety standards across multiple sites. With 2+ years in safety/compliance, OSHA knowledge, and strong documentation, you’ll help deliver toolbox talks and safety trainings for frontline

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Risk Management, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in safety/compliance/risk or related field.
• Experience conducting safety observations and audits in field/operational environments.
• Familiarity with incident reporting, investigations, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety observations, inspections, and assessments in field, facility, and vehicle environments.
• Document safety observations and corrective actions; ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with incident and accident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Provide toolbox talks and safety trainings to frontline staff; support onboarding.
• Track safety metrics, inspection results, and incident trends; assist with reporting.
