Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Safety Coordinator to implement and administer company safety programs across active projects and operations. You will collaborate with field leadership, project teams, and safety staff to promote safe work practices, regulatory compliance, hazard awareness, and workforce engagement in construction settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of construction, industrial, manufacturing, or safety-related experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with professionalism when interacting with employees, field leadership, subcontractors, and customers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, construction documentation, inspection reports, and operational records.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of company safety programs, policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives across assigned operations and projects.
• Conduct routine field inspections, safety observations, audits, and jobsite reviews to identify hazards and support corrective action efforts.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective action tracking, and maintenance of compliance documentation.
• Coordinate safety orientations, toolbox talks, training sessions, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor OSHA regulations, safety standards, customer requirements, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Partner with leadership and subcontractors to promote workforce engagement and accountability.
• Maintain safety reports, inspection logs, certifications, training records, and audit findings.
