Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional construction safety experience in a field-based safety role.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support ECA’s safety culture by encouraging safe work practices.
• Conduct routine jobsite inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with safety requirements.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority to address imminent danger and coordinate corrective actions.
• Travel to assigned project sites to support safety activities and audits.
