Job summary

Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Safety Coordinator to partner with field leadership and project teams to promote a proactive safety culture across all job sites. You will conduct inspections, investigations, and help implement safety programs, while delivering training and coaching across the organization.

The role requires 2+ years in construction or industrial safety, OSHA 10, and a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction or industrial safety environments.
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field strongly preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with field leadership to promote a proactive safety culture across all job sites.
• Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, observations, and incident investigations.
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of company safety programs and procedures.
• Deliver safety training, coaching, and education to employees at all levels.
