Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• EMT or higher credentials preferred.
• CHST certification preferred.
• Authorized OSHA OTI 500 Construction Outreach Trainer status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all safety policies, procedures and programs across sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site-specific policies.
• Deliver safety training and new-employee orientation (NEO).
• Conduct safety audits/inspections and prepare summaries.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety records and reports with stakeholders.
• Mentor and promote the IES safety culture.
