Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow the SaaS client base and deepen engagement with existing clients. This role involves heavy client outreach, outside-the-home-office activity, and achieving a defined sales quota across software solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely with occasional driving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• 50% driving requirement and valid drivers license.
• Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute).

Responsibilities

• Increase Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base.
• Call on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated and company prospecting.
• Execute defined sales processes and requirements with excellence.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
