Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Field Representatives in route completion.
• Review, approve, and monitor timecards for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain route schedules for efficient coverage.
• Coordinate route coverage for absences or changes in schedule.
• Provide coverage for unstaffed routes as needed.
• Monitor daily route performance and address delays or issues.
• Ensure staff are trained on procedures, safety, and mobile tech.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new Field Representatives.
• Maintain oversight of vehicles, coordinate maintenance, and ensure policy compliance.
• Track and report vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
• Conduct ride-alongs or field observations to support quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Maintain professionalism with clients, lab personnel, and internal teams.
• Assist management with reporting, staffing needs, and feedback.
