Job description

Great direct hire opportunity for a Route Supervisor in Columbia! The Route Supervisor will manage, train, and develop RSMs (Route Service Manager) and other drivers to service and aggressively expand sales on an assigned set of customers along all routes. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational compliance, and fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and positive communication. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can balance administrative reporting with active, field‑based coaching and operational support.

salary: $65,000 - $65,000.01 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Work Environment
