Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team; recognize successes.
