Job summary

Allstar Services is hiring a Field Project Manager to lead residential roofing installations in the Scranton, PA area. This full-time role reports to Sales and requires hands-on leadership to run crews, ensure quality, and keep projects on schedule.

The position offers autonomy in a high-visibility field role with potential for growth as Vault Roofing expands across markets. A valid driver's license and active MVR/background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
• Own field execution from start to completion.
