Allstar Services is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead residential roofing installations across multiple markets. This hands-on leadership role requires steering crews, ensuring quality, and keeping projects running on schedule in a fast-growth environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential roofing experience and at least 2+ years in a supervisory role, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles, standard systems).
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Field Superintendent, Production Manager, Foreman, Lead Installer, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple crews/jobs and maintaining quality across sites.
• Strong knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time.
