Job summary

• Oversee roofing crews/subcontractors and multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and resolve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
