You'll manage crews and subcontractors, ensure manufacturer specs and code compliance, and coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to meet customer expectations. This is a high-impact position backed by a fast-growing national network.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
