You will coordinate with Production, Operations, and Sales, drive on-site execution, and ensure compliance with codes and manufacturer specs while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure work meets manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
• Conduct jobsite inspections and resolve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
• Own field execution from start to completion
