This full-time role requires 2–3 years of roofing experience, strong customer service, and reliable early-morning availability. It includes monthly production bonuses, a company vehicle, and substantial health/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of roofing experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills, able to handle tough conversations and resolve issues.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for missed items on roofs.
• Problem solver who makes field decisions and brings solutions.
• Reliable and punctual; 5:30 AM start time every workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Site Supervisors and act as the main contact for job-site questions.
• Perform final roof inspections with photo documentation and homeowner walkthroughs; seek 5-star reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve callbacks within 2 business days and turn issues into wins.
• Perform small roof repairs and pull metal measurements for orders.
• Hold daily debriefs with the Production Manager and coordinate loads for crews.
