• Proven track record ensuring on-time job completion.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs.
• Ensure quality installs meet specs, codes, and standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines.
• Track progress, milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach and train performance to improve crew output.
