Job summary

US Diversity Job Search is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of field service projects in the region. The Foreman leads the crew, ensures timely service, and manages risks.

You will conduct daily safety briefings, inspect sites, coordinate with Sales Reps, Supervisors, and customers, manage hours, inventory, and proposal thresholds. Travel and pre-employment drug testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of roofing experience.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays; valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking.
• RRO certification (30-hour OSHA) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer, and crew.
• Inspect site, equipment, and tools; identify safety concerns.
• Manage project scope, schedule, hours, and productivity.
• Complete Daily Hazard Analysis and submit to Supervisors.
• Coordinate with Supervisor, Sales Reps, and Field Reps on communication and updates.
• Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
• Submit proposals over $20,000 for review and logging.
• Review time reports and coordinate with admin.
• Oversee inventory and quarterly cycle counts; ensure supplies are available.
• Attend calls, meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
