Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will oversee the safety, efficiency, and quality of field service operations. The Foreman ensures that all WTI projects are conducted safely and efficiently while managing crew performance and communication.

You will conduct daily safety briefings, coordinate with supervisors and clients, and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available. Candidates must have OSHA certification and strong management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings.
