Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead on-site operations for WTI projects. The role requires coordinating safety briefings, scheduling, material readiness, and daily status updates to ensure quality repairs and adherence to scope.

The candidate will oversee field reps, manage inventory, and ensure professional customer interaction. Five years in commercial roofing and familiarity with low-slope roof systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum in the commercial roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC and other low-slope roofing systems and metal/steep slope repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer and crew; identify and address safety concerns.
• Coordinate weekly/daily schedules and pre-arrival customer communications; update project status to Sales Rep and supervisor.
• Manage crew start/end times, tool and material readiness, and ensure work aligns with scope and safety standards.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-project walks to verify quality repairs and report progress with photos and notes.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interactions for all field reps.
• Order, track, and monitor inventory; conduct quarterly cycle counts and timely submissions.
• Review field service projects over $5,000 for pricing accuracy as per procedures.
• Submit projects over $20,000 to Supervisor before presenting to Sales Rep or customer.
• Supervise field reps and address employee/work-related issues in consultation with HR and Supervisors.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
