Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
OSHA 30-hour certification is required; RRO preferred but not required.
Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed.
Must pass pre-employment drug test and have a valid driver’s license.
Must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of WTI field service projects.
Lead and manage field crews; ensure daily safety briefings and hazard analyses.
Coordinate communications with Supervisor, Sales Reps, and customers.
Ensure tools, materials, and schedule adherence; manage inventory and punch lists.
Prepare pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500 and proposals over $20,000.
