Patriot Disposal is seeking a motivated Construction Roll-Off Sales Representative to develop new business and expand our roll-off services with contractors and developers across the Manassas, VA area.

The role emphasizes prospecting, field activity, and relationship-building to convert opportunities into long-term customers while maintaining pricing discipline and strong customer service. Team collaboration with operations and dispatch is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in construction, waste/recycling, or related services.
• Experience selling to contractors, project managers, or construction firms.
• Roll-off or waste industry experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong cold prospecting history.
• Ability to develop a structured sales territory plan.
• Experience using a CRM to manage opportunities and activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new roll-off business in the assigned sales territory.
• Prospect for new construction, demolition, and redevelopment opportunities.
• Visit job sites to identify active or upcoming bids.
• Build relationships with contractors, site teams and owners.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and forecast accurately.
• Prepare proposals and pricing based on container size and service needs.
• Negotiate pricing while protecting profitability.
• Use CRM to track prospects, activities and status.
