Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to contractors and construction clients preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage a sales territory.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM to track opportunities and activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new roll-off business within the assigned territory.
• Prospect consistently for construction, demolition, and redevelopment opportunities.
• Visit job sites to identify active or bid-ready projects.
• Build relationships with general contractors, site contractors, and developers.
• Prepare proposals and pricing based on service requirements.
• Maintain CRM records of prospects, activities, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to fulfill sales commitments.
