Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling to contractors, project managers, or construction firms highly desirable.
• Roll-off or waste industry experience beneficial but not required for the right salesperson.
• Experience using a CRM to manage opportunities and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop new roll-off business within the assigned sales territory.
• Prospect for new construction, demolition, renovation, and redevelopment opportunities.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and identify active or bidding projects.
• Build relationships with general contractors, site contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Identify and develop relationships with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and owners.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities.
• Prepare accurate proposals and pricing based on project requirements.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining profitability and margin expectations.
• Understand local disposal facilities, material restrictions, and market conditions.
• Maintain CRM records of prospects, activities, and opportunities.
