Job summary

Patriot Disposal is seeking a driven Construction Roll-Off Sales Representative to develop new business and grow our construction and demolition roll-off customer base. This outside sales role focuses on prospecting, active jobsite engagement and building long-term contractor relationships in the Manassas, VA area.

The successful candidate will identify active and upcoming projects, convert opportunities into customers, and balance new business with pricing discipline and top-notch customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling to contractors, project managers or construction companies is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of developing business through cold prospecting rather than inbound leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop new roll-off business within the assigned sales territory.
• Prospect for new construction, demolition, renovation and redevelopment opportunities.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and identify active, mobilizing or bidding projects.
• Build relationships with general contractors, site contractors, demolition contractors, roofers and other construction decision-makers.
• Identify and develop relationships with project managers, superintendents, estimators and owners.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and understand project schedules.
