Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Systems Engineer for the RDPI Tech Deployment team. You will oversee large-scale deployment of industrial robotics across North America stores, leading on-site installations and coordinating across engineering, product, and operations. Extensive travel is required.

The role requires a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, CAD, and networked hardware, with experience guiding projects from planning through go-live across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 1+ year experience with technical drawings/CAD models (mechanical/electrical).
• 1+ year experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD models for on-site clash resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems and monitor performance.
• Willingness to travel across US and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of robotics and automation at fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, IT, and operations teams.
• Travel to project sites and manage status with stakeholders.
• Manage project scheduling and budget; lead on-site teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in work scopes and deployments.
