Job summary
Amazon Robotics RDPI is seeking a Systems Engineer to oversee large-scale deployment of industrial automation and robotics across North America stores operations. You will lead on-site installations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel extensively to project sites.
Strong technical and communication skills are essential, with experience in electro-mechanical systems and networked hardware. You will work with field deployment engineers, construction teams, and program managers to ensure
Qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in CS or a related technical field.
- Experience with mechanical/electrical, IT networks or software systems.
- Ability to read CAD models and resolve on-site clash issues with 3D reports.
- Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems and handle escalations.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site deployment of robotics and packaging technologies at fulfillment centers.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting on site and remotely.
- Travel up to 75% across North America to project sites.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, PMs, product managers, and internal customers.
