Job summary

Amazon Robotics RDPI is seeking a Systems Engineer I to oversee the on-site deployment, installation, and commissioning of industrial automation technologies across North America stores. You will coordinate with hardware engineering, TPMs, product managers, and operations teams to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing support.

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field; 1+ year experience with CAD or CAD models.
• Experience troubleshooting robotics systems and reading technical drawings.
• Ability to read and develop technical documentation and process instructions.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders; travel up to 75%+.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of robotics equipment.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, product managers, and site teams to align on status.
• Manage project scheduling and budget across multiple concurrent deployments.
• Travel to project sites across North America as required.
