Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in California is seeking a hands-on Robotics Deployment Engineer to support deployment and scaling of a robotic trailer-unloading system at distribution centers. This field-facing role emphasizes deployment, troubleshooting, training, and providing onsite data to engineering teams.

Initial training lasts 3–4 weeks. The first shift is 5 AM–3 PM, with a potential transition to 8 AM after site training; willingness to travel for nationwide deployments is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years robotics or automation experience.
• Candidates with 3–4 years of strong experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support robotics deployment, integration, and commissioning at distribution and fulfillment center sites.
• Troubleshoot issues related to robotics, software, computer vision, and automation.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to identify why systems are not meeting performance KPIs.
• Collect field data and communicate findings to engineering and software teams.
• Train associates and support train‑the‑trainer activities.
• Identify site‑level gaps and issues that remote engineering teams cannot see.
• Travel to deployment sites as the program scales nationally.
