HighRes seeks a Robotic Automation Engineer I to join our Automation Engineering team, stationed in New Jersey or Pennsylvania with travel to customer sites across the region. You will own deployments end to end, integrating robots, instruments, and CellarioScheduler into a lab platform and signing off on completed solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or higher in a technical field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience deploying or supporting laboratory automation or robotics systems.
• Experience with lab automation scheduling software (CellarioScheduler, Biosero, Thermo, Overlord) or equivalents.
• Proficiency in C# or similar object-oriented language.
• Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills for hardware and software.
• Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of commissioning standard systems—robots, instruments, and scheduling software.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between scheduler, robots, and third-party devices.
• Verify hardware, software, and delivery meets acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT for standard and complex systems with senior engineers.
• Configure robotics platforms and perform device diagnostics; manage lab databases (SQL).
• Create and maintain technical documentation for deployed systems.
