HighRes is seeking an Associate Robotic Automation Engineer to join our Lab Automation engineering team at our Beverly, MA headquarters. You will configure, deploy, and support robotic systems while serving as a trusted advisor to life sciences clients.

This role blends robotics, software, and customer success as you work cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with clients to ensure platforms meet expectations from deployment through ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Passion for automation and robotics technology.
• Interest and ability in software development.
• Proficiency in C# or other OO languages is preferred.
• Strong communication and representation skills with clients.
• Ability to travel up to 40% annually domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Configure and deploy laboratory automation solutions including robotic arms and software.
• Execute FAT and SAT and troubleshoot field issues with cross-functional teams.
• Configure relational databases for scheduling applications and maintain docs.
• Maintain deployment documentation and drive process improvements.
• Serve as the professional face of HighRes on-site with clients and trainings.
• Translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and sustain strong client relationships.
