Job summary

NextGear Capital, a Cox Automotive company, is hiring a Field Service Analyst. This role conducts physical audits for the Risk organization and supports the client-facing Operations team that manages a dealer portfolio.

A curious, composed professional delivers customer service while assessing client risk through audits. Candidates must reside in Texas (Central Time) with preference for San Antonio; travel up to 75% and ability to work in varying field conditions is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able and willing to travel Regional on short notice 75% of the time.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• 1-2 years audit/inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport on-site with dealers to complete comprehensive risk assessments.
• Investigate, observe, and document dealership processes and identify risks.
• Inspect collateral through lot and title audits to determine equity and health for underwriting.
• Verify inventory in market share conversions of $500,000+ to mitigate risk and grow portfolio.
• Present findings to dealer and take next steps such as re-education on contract requirements and reviewing inventory trends.
• Assist Recovery team with repossessions by collecting collateral keys and coordinating transport to auction.
