Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail projects across the market, coordinating fixture installations, store resets, and remodels. You will guide field teams, partner with store leadership, and ensure work meets client standards and safety requirements.

Travel is required within the assigned market and to neighboring markets as needed; the role includes hands-on project leadership and the ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with electronic display builds and installations.
• Experience with planogram resets and merchandising.
• Experience leading or training field staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and large-scale retail projects.
• Coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to client specs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
