Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead and execute retail projects, including fixture installations, display builds, remodels, store setups, and merchandising programs.

You will coach the field team and partner with store leadership to ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time completion across the assigned market. Regular travel is required, including to neighboring markets when business needs demand it.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram resets and merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates (leadership experience).

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
