Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead and execute retail projects, including fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and resets. You will partner with store leadership, manage field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across markets.

Regular travel within the assigned market is required, with occasional travel to neighboring markets. The role emphasizes coaching, planning and adherence to client standards in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
