Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead and execute retail projects such as fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and resets.

You will coach field teams, partner with store leadership, and ensure work meets client standards with safety and schedule adherence. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned market and to neighboring markets as needed, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Proficient with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Certified, or willing to become forklift/aerial lift certified within 30 days of hire.
• Residence within approximately 30 miles of assigned stores.
• Willing to travel by personal vehicle to markets, including overnight travel.
• Familiarity with major retail environments (electronics, big-box, grocery).
• Full-time availability, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Maintain a personal toolkit for merchandising and installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
