Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead and execute retail projects, including fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and new store setups. You will coach field teams, collaborate with store leadership, and ensure work meets client standards, safety, and on-schedule delivery.

The role requires regular market travel, occasional overnight trips to neighboring markets, and strict adherence to planograms and merchandising programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
