Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail project installs, fixtures, displays, store remodels and resets across the assigned market. You will coach a field team, partner with store leadership, ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to client standards with regular travel.

This full-time role requires 2 years of experience with electronic display builds, planogram resets, and leadership of field staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
