Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead the execution of retail projects such as fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and resets. You will coach field teams, partner with store leadership, and ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to client standards.

Regular travel across markets is required. The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to planograms, safety protocols, and the ability to manage multiple projects and

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
