Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail projects including fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and resets. You will coach a field team, partner with store leadership, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to client standards.

Travel is required within the assigned market and to neighboring markets as needed. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong planogram interpretation, and daily reporting using mobile devices.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation per policy.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
