Job summary

2020 Companies seeks a Retail Engagement Specialist in Melbourne, FL to visit local retailers, educate on the client’s financial services, and maximize program value across the territory.

You will serve as the face of the brand in the field, build lasting merchant relationships, provide on-site support, and ensure a strong customer experience at each location. This is a full-time, field-based role with daily travel and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
