Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to drive merchant relationships across the Orlando territory in Florida.

This field-based role involves visiting local retailers, educating them on client financial services, and ensuring a strong customer experience at every site. You will travel daily within the assigned territory, performing in-store engagement and POS placement while reporting activity to Retail Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience recommended.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
