Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. seeks a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, educate merchants on client programs, and drive program visibility across the assigned Florida territory.

The role is field-based, with daily travel to various retailers and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will visit stores, place POS materials, document activities, and collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
