Job summary

Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist in the Cleveland area. Monday to Friday field role visiting local retailers, educating merchants on our financial services program, and driving strong merchant relationships to maximize program value.

You will conduct on-site visits, provide product education, and ensure merchants understand how to maximize program benefits while maintaining professional representation and reporting your activities to Retail Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client's financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
