Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. seeks a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit local retailers across the territory, educating merchants on client financial services and program benefits while strengthening the customer experience in person.

This field-based role requires a personal vehicle and daily travel to store locations. You will place signage, document visits, and report activity to Retail Operations, with USD 23 per hour and a 10% monthly bonus opportunity. A full benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must have reliable transportation within assigned territory.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced field environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Travel daily within the assigned territory to cover multiple retailers.
