Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist, visiting retail locations within your territory to engage merchants, explain client financial services, and ensure a strong customer experience. You will place POS materials, document visits, and report activity from the field.

This field-based role requires daily travel, strong communication, and independent work style, with support from leadership and training teams. Weekdays, full benefits, and mileage reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Independent field-based working in assigned territory.
• Ability to manage a daily route and contact merchants professionally.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants.
• Educate merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals.
