2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist in Los Angeles to build strong retailer relationships and support business growth across the territory. The role involves visiting local stores, educating merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, and ensuring a positive customer experience in every location.

You will travel daily within your assigned territory, typically completing a high volume of store visits, and collaborate with leadership to meet territory

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months in sales, promotions, retail, or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and travel within territory.

Mansioni

• Visit retail locations and engage with merchants professionally.
• Educate merchants on client products and program benefits.
• Place and maintain in-store signage and branding.
• Document visits and report activity using mobile tools.
