2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, educate merchants on the company’s financial services, and drive program usage across an assigned territory, with daily field activity in the Houston area.

This field-based role requires a personal vehicle and reliable transportation, offering weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package. You will represent the brand in-store and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
• Knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client's financial services and program benefits
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met
• Travel within your assigned territory to major markets and events for product launches
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting in launch-related activities and reporting
