Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build strong relationships with local retailers across the assigned territory. You will educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, and support them in maximizing value during in-store visits.

In this field-based role, you’ll travel within your territory, conduct 22–35 visits daily, and maintain professional branding materials while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products.
• Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed.
