2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit local retailers in your market, educate on the client’s financial services and program benefits, and build strong relationships that drive program growth.

Join a field-based team with daily territory travel, no weekends, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will represent the brand in-store and help retailers maximize value of the program.

Qualifications

• This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Field-based role visiting local retailers to maximize program value.
• Face of the brand delivering education and a great customer experience in-store.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Educate new merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure understanding.
• Place and maintain POS materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations.
